Biography

Sheila Walker has established herself in engineering and technical fields throughout Houston, Texas. She is an expert in ISO 9000 Compliance and Certification, technical writing, quality assurance/quality control, and infrastructure. Her background covers electronics, electrical, and mechanical engineering, research and development, testing and computer/network technology. She has worked with companies such as ExxonMobil, Goldston Engineering, Smith Drilling & Completions, National Oilwell-Varco, Shell, Input/Output (now ION, Inc). It was only until 1997 that she was able to truly expand on her ambition to educate young minds in the areas of reading, writing, mathematics and science.

Sheila Walker is currently a Senior Technical Writer for Halliburton/Sperry Drilling. 

She serves as a Halliburton Volunteer.
